IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES

November 16 - Applications Open for All Grade Levels

• We currently have limited availability for preschool, kindergarten, and 8th grade, but we are accepting applications for possible openings in all other grades. We do not know which grades will have availability until after February 1st. If you would like for your child to be considered for the waiting pool, please complete an application.

December 15 - Application Deadline for January Entrance Exam - All Grade Levels

• Applications for all grade levels must be completed and submitted to be considered for the entrance exam in January.

January 16 through 19 - Entrance Exams for All Grade Levels

• Applicants who meet WCA’s admission standards will be scheduled to take the entrance exam respective to their grade.

February 16 - Application Deadline for February Entrance Exam - All Grade Levels

• Applications for all grade levels must be completed and submitted to be considered for the entrance exam in February.

February 26 through 29 - Entrance Exams for All Grade Levels

• Applicants who meet WCA’s admission standards will be scheduled to take the entrance exam respective to their grade.

 

The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. A non-refundable application fee of $125 must be submitted with each application. The entrance exam fee is $50 and it is paid separately from the application fee. 

 

Completed student application alone does not constitute enrollment. Please note the school does not offer financial assistance to new families.  If your child has an IEP, 504 Plan, McKay scholarship, or any other academic plan, please contact the school at admissions@WCAeagles.com first before applying to the school.   

 

 

To begin the online application process, select Create an Account from the menu above.

 

Then log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

 

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging into your account. There you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary reprint the supplemental forms.
